Manufacturers Guarantees

None Perishable Items – Tools, Equipment, Safety Products

The manufacturers will supply a guarantee in addition to your rights under the Sales of Goods Act. The equipment must be used in compliance with the information set out by the manufacturer in the instruction book/leaflet/label.

Some Tools and Equipment sold by Lawnsmith Ltd may be designed solely for domestic or DIY use and are not for commercial or trade use.

 

Faulty Goods

In the first instance please email us to discuss the problem/fault as many can be resolved very easily.

Products found to be faulty and under warranty can be returned via the 'Returns' page

If the fault is found to be of manufacturer origin a repair will be made or the product replaced and returned at no cost.

 

Perishables - Seed, Fertiliser, Pesticides

These can only be guaranteed as described whilst remaining sealed in their original packaging. Once opened their purity, quality and effectiveness depends on storage conditions being adhered to.
